I just Purchased my 1st car fro the place and it was easy and fast, Great car selections and great people to work with. 1 month later my car is still messed up, I’ve wasted gas every weekend this month to drop my car off and it hasn’t been fixed properly! The first weekend they claimed the dealer sent the wrong parts and they couldn’t fix it but had my car the entire day didn’t call not once to tell me this I had to call a hour before close to know that! Then the following weekend I paid $100 For the preferred shop to fix my car and they didn’t, they just turned my engine light off and told me it was fixed like frank did for the first month that I had the Jeep! This is by far the worst investment I’ve ever made in life!

Can I get a copy of that invoice because when I asked for one they couldn’t provide even me with one, extra repairs? On what because nothing else was wrong with the car! And if so why am I having the issue and yea I know my old car wasn’t worth xxxx but I didn’t ask u to take it for what u took it for that’s the price YOU gave me! But it’s all fine my dad is bring the car back in the morning have a blessed afternoon

Don’t buy here they sale you warranty and don’t fix yo xxxx! Engine light been on since day one tried to make me come out of pocket to fix it why when my xxxx got a warranty on it all my tires has slow leaks and rain comes through my windshield! Anything you pay over 10k for you should not have to do repairs for!!!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Anna Motors. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The cars are really nice looking, clean and well priced. James was a great salesman and really went the extra mile to deliver exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely come back to Anna Motors when I am in the market for another car!
