Fast and helpful
Found out all of a sudden I needed to do a VIN verification for my 3 vehicles in order to register in Colorado. I called Springs Auto and drove straight there. They were happy to help and Roy was friendly and helpful. Would definitely consider returning here to shop for vehicles.

Was talking to a salesman about a Pontiac G8 and they was supposed to contact me once some repairs was done on the vehicle. Never contacted me.

Traded a vehicle in towards a purchase
We traded a vehicle in towards a purchase and everyone that helped us was very honest, friendly and treated us very well. Lucas did our paper work and explained every step. He also had our names color coded to make it easier when signing things! Our salesman was Oscar and he was able to match us up with a truck that fit all of our needs. Rick walked to the store to get us cold sodas because the vending machine was not working. Offered us pizza also! All around great experience. They were also very good about getting the minor issues we found wrong with the truck fixed ASAP. We will go with Springs Automotive for any future purchases we make!
