sold me a lemon that blew a headgasket within a month of purchase and it gets worse. when i told them to take the car back and give me a refund, the man working said he "hates self righteous liberals" to "grow up" and to "kick rocks." i mentioned having a stress induced seizure because of the car he said "good. i hope you have another one." i didn't say anything about politics by the way, no idea where the liberal hatred came from but it's telling. from other reviews i've seen this is kind of their thing. hope they get shut down.

I bought my daughter her first car here. I got home the check engine light came on. There were some codes. I did my research from CARFAX they provided called last service place found out what codes were on it. I called the dealership back and they agreed to correct the issues. Dan has bee. Amazing to work with. We had to go back for a oil leak which was gasket they fixed. While it wasn’t ideal to have all this happen I’m glad they stood by their sale and their word making it right. I would recommend them but do your homework before you buy a car get it checked out by a mechanic. That’s any place now days. Each time we called they took care of us, I know it cuts into their profit and isn’t fun but they did it and were respectful to me and seem to understand where I was coming from.

They sold me a truck for 18k. They cleared engine light codes for serious issues and lied saying there were none. Light came on on the way home. Truck broke down. Tried to contact them and they ignore me.

After they sold me a $20k truck, within 10 miles the check engine light lit up. When they sold me the car the salesman said, all this truck needs is a wax and you will be good for another 100k miles. I brought it to Ford and they told me the check engine light was reset everyday for a month. Then they told me the catalytic converters needed to be replaced or it wont pass DEQ. Then they told me the driveshaft from the front axle to the transfer case was missing. NOT THERE. The truck they sold as a 4x4 is not 4x4! I went back into the dealership and let them know the problems, they suggested lying to the DMV and say I live in an area where they don't smog check. I told them thats not the solution. He immediately said we arent doing anything for you. I then said you lied and misled me. I bought the truck trusting the vehicle diagnostics that you manipulated. And the truck was sold as a 4x4 but its only 2 wheel drive. He then said we aren't paying a dime. Get the ---- out of here! He said it the contract I signed allows them to lie and mislead. Then he said you made a big boy purchase and now you realize you got f---d, Too bad, get the f out of here. Then the entire office -Zach Joseph Wayne Curtis DAN all surrounded me and they all said get the f out. On everything that's what they did. They tried to puff up, but when I puffed back they said they called the cops. I said if you didn't, I will. The cops showed up and ignored me for a second, went inside and came back out. I was about to explain what happened and they said don't bother. They already knew because they are out there all the time for the same thing. Someone comes in to complain, they tell them to get out, they trespass them and act like they are the victims. The cops were disgusted by them. They apologized to me but told me I was trespassed. Then the entire office was outside the glass door but behind their gates flipping me off, calling me stupid and the r word, this is the whole office including the pregnant Manager Tabitha Langenbacker. Then one of them tried to follow me home and send me a threat from an unlisted number. Every complaint every bad review they blame the customer. They have an F rating on BBB. Never once taking any responsibility. The Attorney General and the licensing board are investigating them. They will probably close shop AGAIN and start a new LLC once the heat is to hot. I will be filing a lawsuit against the owner Matthew ---. How do they live with themselves doing this to people. The look in that mans eyes when he said "you made a big boy purchase and now you realize you got screwed and you want to complain?" He was so proud of himself. How do we allow a business like this to be open? I have talked to more cops since and apparently it is well known how bad of place this is. What terrible timing that I went into this place. Lets see how they blame me for screwing me over intentionally.

Bought a few cars from them over the years and know they provide a great service to the community. Problem is they sell entitled people cars and finance them in house. This means a lot of repos thus a lot of bad reviews . Don’t trust reviews go see them and decide for yourself

If you want to buy a crap vehicle that they barely make work just to pass the test drive and then have it break down on you hours after leaving the dealership only to then see these salesman's true colors (which is extremely ugly) then come here. If you like to be lied to and have your hard earned money stolen from you by these crooks then come here. If you do anything right today it would be to AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH THE HEADACHE THAT AWAITS YOU AND HEARTACHE THAT MOST DEFINITELY WILL COME IF YOU DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. DO WHAT I SHOULD HAVE DONE AND CHOOSE ANYWHERE ELSE TO SHOP FOR YOUR VEHICLE. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES. DONT LET THE MANY FAKE GOOGLE REVIEWS DECEIVE YOU. CHECK THEIR "F" rating with BBB

I did not check this outfits reviews or I never ever would havebought a car from them. My bad! We agreed on a price and I bought the vehicle. Right off the bat the computer says I've got problems! $2176.00 later for fuel injectors and now paying 1121.00 for new windshield which is not legal due to bad cracks. Dan (owner) assured me they would pay for new windshield, but I find him stalling and coming up with crazy low $ to replace. I also got new wheels and tires, but that was because after paying them with cashiers check I saw the condition of wheels. Again, my bad. I really should have know better, but the car is mine now and will be in very good condtion, but clearly I paid too much and in hindsight i should have just gone to a new car dealer for a used car. It is what it is. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

If I could give 0 stars I would… DONT BUY FROM this xxxx hole. They call the police if ur kid has to hand them the key while im showering or indisposed at the moment. Then cops come and ask my son if he has a phone to call for emergency and his birthday to make sure he’s old enuf to be home with me I guess. Idiot yep Michael whip asked come get my xxx car. Found metal in my oil. Also my car was running crappy my mom used her FIXD and listed everything wrong with the car. There was no engine light on dash. Come to find out, as soon as they know they are going to sell to someone they go and reset check engine light and whatever else they can erase so that customer thinks they have a great car without warranty n charge u as if ur a millionaire to fix nothing, but to make something else break. I reported them to police and BBB. Hope they go bankrupt

Don't buy from these guys. They lie and their frauds. Sell cars that don't run for 10000 and they won't even trade me cars. Found out the odometer has been messed with. And they don't care they told me to deal with it. And they never told me at first that it had been totaled 4 times. They said I has m have "buyers remorse" and hung up on me. I can't even duvet the car out of town. I've lost my job cuz I don't have a car. Now I can't pay my bills or my rent. They are mean and cruel and don't care who they step on. DONT BUY FROM HERE!!!!! THEIR CARS ARE ALL JUNK...their trying to make me pay 10000 for a used car that's been totalled 4x and a battery that's bad and a new one costs 6500. This is a nissan leaf all electric and I can't even drive it and I can't afford another car. I've lost my job. So I left it with them and they said they were gonna have it towed and I am responsible for the 500 tow and storage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CAR LOT.
