I had a great experience at Battles Nissan! Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They helped me find the perfect car, and the entire process, from selection to financing, was smooth and transparent. Noah was the best!!

We had a great experience at Battles Nissan. They had a nice selection of used Frontiers that were very clean and Certified. Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to be treated more than just a customer. Teddy made the paperwork process very easy too!!!

What a joke!!

I Went to buy a car here. It was a guaranteed sale as long as they were willing to work with me. The car has been sitting there for 6 months... I said "just give me something", meaning show me a little respect as a customer and give me some kind of discount, so I can buy the car. It was going to be a cash deal, but we even agreed to finance, so they could get money from the bank for it, and bring both our Nissans there for all service needs. The salesman went to the manager and came back with a FULL price offer!!! The reason, they can get rid of it wholesale for the $1000 difference!! The manager was so condescending and arrogant. Screw the customers, they don't matter at all to these people. They lost out on a sale and thousands in service business to wholesale a car to another dealer instead of respecting their would be customers! Do not go here!!!

Lack of education or willingness to fix versa.

Car has been sitting for over 2 weeks. No communication initiated by dealer. Now told dealer does not want us to spend money. Sad car

Business by means of Deception.

Good, Quality selection, at somewhat fair prices. The staff is definitely nice and accommodating. The practices, however, not so much... Don't waste your time here, you might think that you are getting a good deal, but this location is notorious for its employees knowing how to maneuver the system. They will lie to you by manipulating the facts and may make a deal sound really good, however, they know what they are doing and they ARE getting your money, no matter what.

deceptive advertising

I wanted to buy this car, which is advertised on Cars.com. New 2017 Nissan Maxima 3.5 S SAVE $21,273 MSRP $34,2355 milesEstimated Payment: $401/mo Check for recalls Basics • Fuel Type: Gasoline • Exterior Color: Deep Blue Pearl • Interior Color: Charcoal • Stock: 14207 • Drivetrain: Front Wheel Drive • Transmission: continuously variable (cvt) • Engine: V6 Cylinder Engine • VIN: 1N4AA6AP3HC442061 • Mileage: 5 The dealership stated that is not the buy price of the vehicle. They stated that is the buy price after you lease the vehicle. The car is not for sale for the advertised price. The salesman stated he is not in charge of advertising. If you wanted to buy it, it would be considerably more. That is what I call deceptive advertising and any dealership that is not up front with pricing should not be listed on cars.com.

Impressed with Dealer's Service - First Time Ever

Stopped on the way home because the heater fan was making strange noises and vibrated. The mechanic immediately checked it out, diagnosed the problem and, even though it was close to closing time, offered to fix it right away. He expertly took apart the dash, showed me the reason for the noise (a rodent built a nest in the fan compartment) and quickly, fixed and disinfected it. This was already past closing hours. The dealership also cleaned and vacuumed my vehicle. Impressive expertise and customer service that blew me away, saving me a lot of time and hassle. I am a tough customer demanding the best and this dealership exceeded on all counts. Highly recommend them.
