My name is Edgard E M-Franco and also bought a cash car for $14,000.00 form Mikey F. He has a car fax stating the car was in a minor accident for which Mikey F. explained to me that was a minor accident under $850.00. In the seller buyer contract he stated the breaks will be done as I told him the breaks were bad, he had the car 4 times including 19 day on the fourth time and did not fix the breaks as they were bad and had broken pieces inside, during this time I found the car was in a bigger accident which makes this deal a fraud as I told him that I was buying this car if it was a minor accident. he assures the accident was minor. When I found out this car was not what Mikey stated about this accident, I ask for my money back for which he reply to go and get the car, or he will start charging me storage feeds. I contacted the police, and they explain this was a civil matter and they could only stand by for me to get the car so I will not pay for the storage feeds. This dealer and owner are not honest so stay away from these guys, I am also on the process of reporting them to the BBB and contacting the B.A.R so they stop committing fraud as they did to me but more importantly, I want an investigation on how this CAR FAX REPORT was created. stay tune and away from these guys but there will be more to come.

This dealership is a bad time. The cars they sell are not inspected. I purchased a car paid cash. Took it back the next day with engine issues. They assured me they would give my money back. It has been 3.5 weeks. They have the money and the car. I bought the car to be able to transport my disabled daughter to her up coming major surgery as it was big enough to hold a wheel chair. Mikey F the owner is a liar. We are now having to sue them. They have been reported to the BBB, The FTC as well as the state capital in Sacramento. I would stead clear of this place
