I’ve had my vehicle left with this company for an auto
I’ve had my vehicle left with this company for an auto collision repair and both visits have accumulated 9 weeks so far and still don’t have the vehicle returned. When I picked it up the first time, the repair guy had been fired for “bad work”…my brand new replacement vehicle doors were improperly replaced and stuck out at the top and then it rained into my front driver door side and then the security lock side panel flew off while driving on the highway because the same mechanic didn’t replace them with new ones when my vehicle was getting serviced and then at the same time that happened, my trunk stopped opening….of course I’m told this isn’t related, but I assure you I had no issues with my car until it was getting fixed. Then they send my vehicle somewhere else and tell me after the fact. How do you make decisions for someone else’s property??…I wish I went somewhere else. I’m severely disappointed! I’ve had to pay out of pocket to make it to an annual family reunion and have had to postpone our family vacation. I never receive callbacks when I call there. Clearly not a priority.

Incredibly scumny and will force you over budget.
I went with 2 friends and all 3 of us were looking to buy cars. They wouldn't talk to me after I said I wanted to buy a car outright and not finance. They tried to convince my friend who was planning to finance to finance a car for literally 2-3 times what his max budget was and tried to convince him it would be better for him in the long run. My third friend was also planning on buying outright and they tried to finance a car for her without showing her any cars or even asking what she was looking for in a car. I had to grab her ID and leave and they tried to convince me to stay or go to one of their other lots. Would not let anyone I cared about go here.

Car failed inspection.
Car failed inspection. Car over heated not helpful at all. Rude service department. No paperwork when purchased asked multiple times to send them. Also charged me for mass inspection but I had to get it inspected ri and was not refunded for it. Wouldn’t do business here again ever

Wasted our time!!
A brief description of our experience: Scheduled an appointment to look at a 2013 Ford Escape for our Daughters first car. We drove an hour and a half to Swansea, Mass ready to see/purchase a car that was not even ready to be sold. (BTW, we were paying cash) The salesman took us to the side of the building in the pouring rain to look at the car and says "Well that is it right there, I am not sure if the car is even safe enough to drive". I explained to him that we made an appointment to test drive this car and planned on purchasing a vehicle today. He says in an irritated voice "Well, I don't know what to tell ya". He did not suggest any alternative comparable vehicles or even turn us over to speak with a manager. To make a long story short, we wasted a good part of our day for this planned appointment and left really disappointed. Carvana, here we come!!
