He was incredibly kind, thorough in his communication, and made the entire experience smooth and easy. I was met in the Drive-In Service bay by Blair (the third service person to date) and like them all he was a wonderful person and looked after me GREAT. The had the loaner a Q5 ready to go, once everything was gone over I left and returned to work. Once my car was ready for pick up Blair texted me and confirmed everything was completed with the rest of the vehicle inspected and ready to go. Since I have been dealing with Audi London it is the absolute best dealer along with all staff I have ever been with and will always be a 5 Star from me.

I went in to see why my oil light showed low oil even though i was not close to my KM's to Change Oil my service Technician Geoff . He was fantastic explained everything to me very easily to understand. I asked him to look car over an make a few suggestion and again explained everything very well and also said what he thought he would do 1st to 4th and what timelines I kind of had to work with no pressure great guy to deal with . I actually will go back to deal with Audi service because of Geoff Mannion.
