The only thing missing was the information about my inspection on brakes, etc.

Rob and team in the Services Department were fantastic as usual! On this instance I noticed my check engine light was on…called the center and Rob asked me to bring it in and within 2 hours I was good to go.

Great dealership and got back with me in a timely manner. Everyone was very helpful. Rodrigo was exceptional with my buying process. He kept me updated on the vehicle along with delivery details. He has continued to follow up with me, ensuring everything went smoothly. Great guy!

Overall I had an excellent experience. I had scheduled my Ford Explorer for some scheduled maintenance and had also asked them to check my brakes while it was in the shop. They performed the requested service and they mentioned that my brakes were fine and no brake service was needed. I was very impressed that they said I didn't need brakes at all, it shows honesty and integrity. I might add that the overall cost for the work performed was I felt very reasonable, especially as most people think that Car Dealerships are very expensive, that is not always the case.

We were greeted at the door by Salesman Moses. He was very attentive and listened to what our interests and goals were. He was not pushy or overbearing. The vehicle he suggested was in exceptional condition. There were two specific areas I wanted addressed and both were me in a timely manner. Moses was friendly and knowledgeable, and a pleasure to do business with. Brandon headed up the financial end of it. He was knowledgeable, friendly,and professional and was a pleasure to do business with. The entire process went off smoothly and without a hitch! We were very pleased with our experience with Colonial Ford (Marlborough Ma).

Car was not fully prepped and should not have been on lot because of front brakes had to bring it back for repairs. Service was excellent but should have been y done first

It was a good experience, they see me on time but I was a little sad about the way they applied my coupon, other them that I am happy with the service I received.
