I had a great experience with Floris. I felt that they were very honest with me about the value of the car and truly wanted to help me walk away with a good deal. I worked with one of the owners Nassar and he was wonderful. He made the process all very easy to understand and I would definitely go back to them again.

I got a 2010 Honda Pilot from this company and I have the vehicle for about a month now and it broke down already the first week was running good second week I have to jumpstart the vehicle every single day to go to work I contacted the dealer also went over to check it out he told me I need a new battery so I went to get a battery at the Interstate Battery and they also check the alternator everything is ok the company exchange battery for me and try to find out what happened to the old battery that I have and the battery that I have expired on 8/2018 so it not even a year, anyways the new battery that I have from Interstate battery last 4 days and the vehicle stop running I contact the dealership again at this point I’m so frustrated because I’m not able to make it at work the company told me they sold the vehicle just like it is, and not able to turn in to exchange for another vehicle or help to pay the mechanic and it not there fault so I’m not ready to spend another $1000 to fix this car.. IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A VEHICLE AND YOUR READING THIS I NEED YOUR RECOMMENDATIONS OF WHAT TO DO AT THIS POINT PM ME. I think they don’t do any inspections for vehicle before they put it on the lot, and I hope you don’t run into the same problem I have right now. If they told you they will help for your credit that’s a lie all they want to do is sell the vehicle and get there money, of course it a business and I understand that but nothing wrong of being honest and tell you what wrong with the vehicle your about to get, once you sign that paper your done up to you to fix whatever happened to the vehicle you got.

I myself hated shoping around for a vehicle, with all the hassle that comes with it. Which was how I thought I was going to feel about our cost to Floris.
