Professional and caring.

Professional and caring. Friendly and dedicated staff. Knowledgeable and talented maintenance personnel. Only minus is the ‘phone’ system. That is AWFUL! Want to talk to a person, not text. Hate getting hung up on. That is why I took Star away.

We had a great experience at this dealership.

We had a great experience at this dealership. Free coffee and cold water. The sales person, Garrett, was extremely knowledgeable and was quick to answer my questions about the vehicles he showed us. We didn't feel rushed or pushed at all. The finance people were also very knowledgeable and quick. I feel like we got a great deal on the service contracts we chose to purchase.

Service department was very forth coming.

Service department was very forth coming. Kraig was straight up with how long it may take to repair my vehicle. He was very responsive to all my questions. Kraig also filed a claim with my warranty company. I didn't have to do anything. Super awesome service and customer service.

Jim Glover in Owasso was originally recommended to us to take our 2018 Jeep Rubicon for service in 2019, when we moved to Tulsa from California. We have been very impressed with the service department. Their staff have always kept us informed and completed our services in a timely manner. Very Professional Dealership.
