They realy need to learn more about the new cars they sell service doesn't even know where the catalic conver is located. also try not to leave the dash in the service mode.

Casey greeted us promptly asked how he could help us, we told him we wanted a new pacifica. He said they had 2 and went get the one on the lot. He found the 1 on the lot sold yesterday, he showed us the 1 in the showroom, but we don’t want a hybrid. He fired up the computer and found what we want, went and talked to whoever and we made a deposit on our new car.
