DONT GIVE DEPOSIT

NEVER NEVER GIVE THEM A DEPOSIT Well I found a good deal on a specific vehicle that I wanted and Jim Glover had it. I am from out of state so I called and told them I wanted to buy from out of state which they stated would be no problem they do out of state deals all the time. So I sent in a credit app to see if I could get approved for financing and a day later they called me and told me they have a deal done for me. Everything sounds perfect so far so their next option was to take a deposit as I told them I have 5k down. They literally sent a text message because I didn’t respond back the same day they text me the first time and their message stated: “Send the Deposit and The car is yours” they told me they would buy me a plane ticket for the next day and I would be getting this car. Well I send the deposit and waited 2 days later for someone to get back at me, I took it upon myself to look at the listings to see if it was still taken down like they did once they got my deposit. And to no avail the car was listed again for sale.. So I called from a different number and asked about the vehicle which these guys said to me were in a deal with someone but looks like the bank won’t approve him so we can take a deposit and sale you the car. Woah how do you take 2 different deposits from the same vehicle. My only problem is if I was not approved for the car why ask me to send a deposit I shouldn’t be sending anything until you have a 100 percent approval with all conditions met terrible customer service BUYER BEWARE THEY ARE HUNGRY FOR DEPOSITS AND DOWNPAYMENYS

Only dealership in my area that would allow me to wait

Only dealership in my area that would allow me to wait while I had a national recall fixed on my RAM engine. It was only a 30 minute procedure but other dealers in town were requiring me to drop off the truck for several days. Jim Glover is the epitome of customer service, The next time I buy a vehicle it will be from them for sure.

Great service.

Great service. However, the service writers, while friendly, were not attentive and focused on the customers at the counter. They spent more time and attention looking at their computer screens than the actual customers who were there for service.
