We just purchased a Grand Cherokee and our Salesman was Carson Little. This was the easiest auto purchase we have done. Carson went above and beyond, he even drove new floor mats out to our house for us! No pressure and great communication.

The end result was what we needed.

The end result was what we needed. The issues were resolved. Trevor in the service department was real good. My only real complaint was the lack of loner vehicles.

Our experience working with John Haning has been

Our experience working with John Haning has been wonderful. It has been a difficult sale, moving from a car my wife loved into new vehicle (for more room). But John worked with us and fought for us, and showed great patience and understanding as the emotions began to run a little high. He addressed all the concerns we displayed with the vehicle and did not treat them as they were trivial. He has even worked with us after we had already purchased the vehicle to resolve things we did not see that night. 100% recommend working with John Haning. Also Ryan Hurley in finance was a pleasure and explained things well to us. He gave good advice as to what things he personally felt provided the most value and protection.
