If I could give them a zero, I would. They were extremely dishonest and, in fact, lied to our faces and insurance company, costing us thousands of dollars. They are one of the most dishonest organizations that we have ever dealt with. Their management team is dishonest and expect the image that the Glover family portrays is just that, and image with no substance. Smoke and mirrors.

Once again, no one of any really authority has been willing to contact us to make things right.
After several emails and face-to-face meeting with Mr. Clinkenbeard, there was no real effort to take responsibility for the problem. I was told that they would make a great deal on a new car, though. Overall, the this dealership's dishonesty cost my family over $40,000.00 and all they can say is "we will give you a great deal on a car?" We cost you and your family thousands, now let have more of your money. I don't think so. I wish I could lower this rating, but I can't. I still have not spoken to anyone at Glover who really wants to make things right, only give lip service, and that, not very well or with in sincerity.

Took my 2021 ram in for exhaust leak they said it was
Took my 2021 ram in for exhaust leak they said it was fixed after replacing the passenger side manifold. Then returned the truck to me and it still was leaking nothing said but it was fixed. We will re-evaluate after it goes back in to see if they fix it.
