I have a previous review up but I felt I needed to share another horrible experience with Glover Owasso. I went to get my car serviced today and was told my Jeep Wave membership had been cancelled. I called Jeep Wave customer service and was told that Glover Owasso was the one who cancelled my membership, without my knowledge or consent after I had purchased it on my own because they "couldn't" transfer it. I would also like to warn others that Glover Owasso will switch buyer and co-buyer names on your loan without your knowledge or consent, I will be considering legal action about this issue as I do have proof the finance department at Glover Owasso switched our names without additional signatures. Please save the trouble of buying here, I bought my Jeep in August 2020 and it’s now November 2021 and I’ve had nonstop issues with this dealership and their shady business practices. Each time they have said they will take care of it and then another issue arises.

The dealership was very clean. Cody was a great person to work with and even delivered my truck to me. Would recommend 10/10
