I was put in touch online with Kyle who found the vehicle I wanted. We met Kyle in person and found him to be extremely transparent; however, there seems to have been a miscommunication between service department and Kyle. I believe he felt our vehicle was ready for us to drive off the lot, when in fact it was not. I had asked for a trailer brake controller to be installed. I would have absorbed the cost in the payments. As it was, we were to wait 36 hours and come back to dealership when service dept. could work us in. I have since found one and had it installed for $300.00 less. Thank you.
