We would not recommend Hodges...Sales or Service. Diring a month and ahalf time period that our F250 was in their shop they replaced the blower motor then a relay and last the harness....during the harness replacement something was dropped on our driver door and did significant damage...Hodges took responsibility for the damage but would not allow us to choose our body shop. We were told by Felicia the svc mgr that John the store mgr said we'd have to drop it off and theyd take it to a body shop. Be a cold day in xxxx before Hodges has our truck in their possession again. We will continue to let others know how they treat their customers.

Nice folks, good work, ran late on appointment
Folks were nice. Waiting room was clean. Woman’s bathroom needed cleaning. I feel like the technician handled my vehicle extremely well. They washed my car, and it was very clean inside and out. My only real complaint is that my appointment was at 10 am, and my car didn’t go back for about an hour. All total took 2.5 hours for the works and wash. This dealership was not a zoo like some that I have been to.

Great place for RVs that need engine service
Hodges Ford has always done excellent work upon our motorhome engine. They are polite and professional. They make appointments and complete all work in a timely manner. If you want excellent work with people you can trust, this is the place for you.

Work performed as promised.
I had my mustang in for an oil sending unit replacement. The service department performed the work in a timely fashion at the appointed time. I was well pleased.

Emergency Repair
Due to a blown tire on I-95, I went to Hodges service department next morning to get a replacement tire. My problem was taken care of very quickly and I was back on the road. I had no further problem with their repair on my travels. I want to thank Hodges Ford service crew for the quick and courteous attention given me. Thanks Danielle Charles Milbert

Take your car anywhere but Hodges.
This dealership had the gall to charge $850.00 for a new rear hub assembly that actually came from a salvage yard which they admitted. My regular mechanic told me he could get that part at any salvage yard that had one for $100.00. At the bottom of the invoice it states that all parts are new unless otherwise stated. It was not noted anywhere that this part was used. This was a deliberate action to take advantage of an out of state traveler. They claimed I agreed to getting a salvage yard part. No one informed me about that. This is the worst place I have ever done business with. Total bill was $1850.00 and no warranty whatsoever. BEWARE!!!!!!!!

Delivered as promised
I recently had my first of two free oil changes. Appointment ran on time, service was fast, waiting room was nice, the car was washed and vacuumed. Excellent experience. My only concern is paying $143 for this in the future. I will have to decide if I will continue to have all of my service done there.
