I was at their place twice with mechanical issues in my car. The second time I went, the owner was not there. A sales guy Dio took my car in for what I had asked for: a checkup and an oil change since I was going to drive to NJ shore for vacation. Long story short after the job was done I picked up the car and paid 260 dollars to a part changed without my consent. The next day I reached Tarrytown and the car broke down. I had my 80 year old mom with me and the car packed.with kids and luggage and frozen foods, breaking down in SawMill parkway and somehow made to Tarrytown exit. This was on July 23 one of the hottest days of the year! The car was towed back home. When they saw the car they said it needed a new transmission, regardless of how many times I said that my friend checked it and saw that it was a broken coolant line. Totally disregarded what I repeatedly said and pushed on the 1- 3k transmission job plus labor. So, I had another mechanic see the car and he fixed the line. The car is running fine. Came back to their dealer to ask for my receipt of the work done because they still had not given it to me. Long story short the owner apologized for what happened and told me they never did an oil change or a checkup obviously. Returned 120 dollars of the 260. When I asked why the checkup and oil change were not done when I clearly told Dio to have it done and when he (Dio) assured me that it was done and all was fine, the owner responded he didn't know why it wasn't done and that he wasn't there at the time. When I asked him if he was going to fire the employee mentioned, he shrugged "no". My advice : run.

The people that work there are nothing but kind and very helpful I bought my son a used car and even though I bought it as is they’ve been fixing every issue with it. No questions asked very nice people.

Don't come here they are scam artist. They tried to scam me out of thousands of dollars by not telling how much they were requesting from the financing bank. They didn't even want to give me the financing companies number and information, they said that the company would contact me. They wanted me to lie and say that I gave a $1000 dollar deposit in of $2000 so that they could scam. I finally spoke to the financing bank after googling their name, they tried to get $9000 from them instead of $5100 he told me. They are con artist and will to your face.

Being looking for a while for my used 2010 Toyota Venza in pearl white color... So happy with the buy, excellent customer service with Alex and John. SUV drives great and also get very good warranty... No more problems with the snowing days. I really like it... Very well recommended...

Just bought a 2009 Honda Odyssey Minivan to replace my old 2003 Mazda MPV. The ride is smooth and the Minivan has adequate room inside for passengers and cargo. Amazing room for my big family. It provides a sense of security. This is a comfortable Minivan as compared to rental cars I have driven. I do have to mentioned how happy I was with Alex, who gave me all the information that I need. They did everything I asked. Me and my family are very happy with the Minivan. Will be back soon to buy another car...
