Meet Wendy Kane

Sam and I work well together. Sam is customer service centered. He listened to my concerns and handled them 1 by 1. What concerns me is Hyundai’s reliance on surveys to know the health of their dealership. The fact that I have referred Sam to 4 families looking for cars. In my humble opinion that should mean a xxxx of a lot more than ranking on a survey.

They did not have the color we wanted in stock. Stated there are more coming in next week but unsure if one would be on that delivery. Went online and found a dealer nearby with one but we really did not want to deal with them. While there, a manager called and stated she found one at another dealer who would trade with them. She went and picked it up. We returned to the dealership and drove our new Santa Fe home the same day. Sales Associate Marilyn Santos could not have been better during our purchasing process. Told a neighbor of deal and the next day he too bought one from her. Marilyn and dealership went above and beyond.
