Excellent service from CJ.

Excellent service from CJ. He gave me an outdoor price over the phone, so I knew exactly what to expect. The dealership didn't charge me any dealer fees or any extra document processing fees. Everything was exactly as listed on the website.

All good, Devin was great to work with. The finance manager wasn't very personable. Not the most friendly person. Otherwise all was ok.

The answers to questions I asked on the phone were 100 percent accurate when we arrived at the dealership. Michael Norris & CJ did a fantastic job working together and with us to select our vehicle, meet our financial goals in purchasing the vehicle, and delivering the vehicle. The only drawback was a lengthy delay in getting info into F&I and getting us into that office to finalize paperwork. I would definitely purchase here again and refer friends and relatives...even though the dealership is 60+ miles from our home.

All went well. Patrick helped me choose a good vehicle. The finance team helped when the first credit bureau score came sub-par, and pulled from a different bureau, allowing me to get the best rate.

I have been driving for over 30 years and not one

I have been driving for over 30 years and not one salesperson has helped me with a car purchase because they genuinely care about customer service like Patrick did, extremely knowledgeable! I will only recommend friends and family to Patrick and Hyundai of Clermont! I was having a challenging time trying to purchase a car from other dealerships, I was about to quit.
