Amazing used car for a great price

Anthony helped us find a great used car for a decent price with low mileage. This was painless and we were worried it would be a horrible ordeal.

Disorganized.

Disorganized. Slow to take care of the needs of the customer. I felt like I received the runaround when trying to buy car from them when I leased. Sorry. Just placing my perception out there.

Knowledgeable and polite staff. Speedy service

I am not a big fan of going to the dealerships but I was pleasantly surprised by quality and speedy service, courteous staff, and great communication. Frank was extremely friendly and helpful. He was very open about their inventory and pricing. Everyone was very polite. I have not felt pressured into anything at any time during our interactions. Frank took his time going through the car’s features and made sure we had no questions. We swiftly went through the whole financing process and were on our way home. So far, it has been my best dealer experience in 20 years. Definitely recommend!

I worked with the dealer to purchase a used vehicle, secure financing with my own credit union, and while on the way (*2 hour drive) to purchase the vehicle with check in hand, they texted me while I'm driving to tell me they were in the process of selling the car to someone else.

The online ad on carfax states that they do home delivery which was welcomed because of a leg injury that i have and made them aware of. I also let them know i was already financed and needed to go vack home to get the papers (documentary check) to give to them. They declined the option to do the transaction electronically and said i had to be present physically. They also said that morning that they would accept a $500 deposit to hold the vehicle and get the paperwork started. While making the 2 hour commute frm my home to rhe dealership with the required papers and my body, i received a text message saying that they're showing the vehicle to someone else and started the paperwork for them. They then back treacked to say they dont do holds or accept money to hlld the vehicle, and they dont do home delivery anymore either, but just hadn't gotten around to updating the website.

Stopped in to see if they wanted to buy my Hyundai, met with Jill Burks. Process was easy but offer was low, she suggested to take it to Carmax. Car max offered me $2k more than her offer, I am so glad she suggested I take my car someplace else! Not than many salespeople would be so honest that I would get a better deal elsewhere! I took 2 star off for the lowball offer but gave 3 because she suggested I take it someplace else!

I was looking for a used car and found a very nice one.

I was looking for a used car and found a very nice one. The service person greeted us with a kind smile. We told him what we wanted add he directed us to what we wanted and allow us to look around freely without being pushy. Once we found what we wanted the process was sort of lengthy to the purchase. Overall the experience was good. I do feel that All your financially guys need to SMILE MORE!! After all they are the closers!!!

Honest and never outsold the truck

Cj Cruz was our salesman he is very knowledgeable of the model Santa cruise which we purchased he is a low key no hurry type of salesman and was able to explain all of our questions He took the time to found out about me and my wife and to tell us about him.
