Salesman Freddy was kind and knowledgeable.

Salesman Freddy was kind and knowledgeable. He was doing all he could to get us in a ride the day we came by the dealership. The sales manager Jeff was rude and unfriendly. He did not want to work with us or help us source a car at another dealership to process the transaction with them in Brunswick. Asked for time to think and basically got the boot. Unsure how they do business with a big bully like Jeff.

We just bought our 4 Honda from this dealership.

We just bought our 4 Honda from this dealership. If we weren’t pleased or had a good experience we wouldn’t have gone back. They worked very hard to get us where we needed to be on the vehicle. Thank them very much for all they did.

The fastest and most professional car purchase ever.

The fastest and most professional car purchase ever. The salesman and manager were wonderful. Wish I could do 10 stars rather than 5!!! It is our third car purchase at Nalley.

Had a great overall experience with Lance as our sales

Brand new tire side wall blew out.

Brand new tire side wall blew out. Car is under warranty so I had it towed to Nalley, had the tire replaced. All good. I asked Garret Phillips in the service department to go ahead and do a luxcare application over the phone ( a service you buy at time of purchase of new Honda where they clean your leather seats, tires, fix blemishes and interior to care for the car, about $2000 bucks extra at time of purchase ). Garret asked me if I could wait until the afternoon to come pick it up seeing how they had to do the Luxcare now, I was fine with that. I had my uncle pick the car up because I just had surgery. I get the car back and not only was luxcare not done, but there are greasy hand prints all over the interior of the new car they just sold me, the tire they replaced has tire lube all over it and the hub cap and is a greasy mess. I live an hour away so that was technically my only chance to have that service done unless I want to drive all the way back because they are my closest Honda dealer. If you don’t care about honesty, professionalism, and value, this may be the place for you.
