I recently purchased a vehicle, and I must say this dealership went above and beyond to assist me in finding the right work car to meet my needs. I initially went in to test drive a Lexus but ended up leaving with a Camry in excellent condition. The only concern I had was that the car needed new rotors. However, the dealership replaced them, which I truly appreciated. Overall, I had a great experience, and I would definitely purchase from them again. I also plan to refer others to this dealership in the future.

Worst dealership EVER!!!, Owner, Mike and salesperson, Austin that we have ever dealt with in buying used vehicles!! We have bought many and have NEVER dealt with anyone like these people. There is absolutely no service after the sale unless it's a very small repair (we have receipts and proof of all this!) We recently purchased a used 2008 F250 Super Duty Diesel. This particular vehicle was said to have been inspected, serviced and in great shape (as most of their adds say.) But, this was not the case with this particular vehicle. We have pictures and proof of all of this. The owner, Mike, refuses to accept any responsibility. He will not return phone calls, emails, etc. In the times we have spoken to him he was completely rude and combative. This particular vehicle was brought back to the dealership numerous times days after purchase with problems. Now, repairs are in the estimate of over $6,000. Even though this is a used vehicle, it was brought back to the dealership within days of purchase with numerous problems. We were told at the time of purchase that if there were problems after that they would be taken care of...."Because they do not sell bad vehicles.". This is contrary to the truth. Now that the vehicle is useless and only one payment has been made, This owner, Mike, will not follow through. I recommend that NO ONE DEAL WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EVER!!!

This is the best experience we have ever had buying a car. Casey and Rachel Ellis were more than gracious and accommodating. They were sensitive to our needs and did not try to talk us into something beyond our means. They made it easy. We will be back for our next car and will recommend this dealership to friends.
