I called and emailed this dealership for a day and a half with no response. I finally called later the second day to put a deposit on your Mustang Bullitt for $50,437 tax, tags etc. I asked for a complete price with everything included and the salesman could not give an answer. The next day he called back to say that his “manager” told him to tell me that they wanted 10k more than what is listed on your web site. I was shocked with that response, saying they should honor the advertised price. They said no, but will change the price on the web. I understand completely that a dealer can ask a premium on new cars but a 2020. The dealership’s web should have been updated to reflect the extra 10k. As of today, several weeks later, the website still says $50,437. I buy a least 1 car a year from dealers as far away as California and have never run into this type of deception. (False Advertising). They tarnish the Ford Brand. A letter will be addressed to the dealership’s General Manager, Ford Customer Care, Ford Corporate and Social Media sites. I reviewed the dealership reviews online and I am not alone with my complaint. There is even a one star review that is almost word for word the same as my encounter. I just don’t want this to happen to someone else. I have recently purchased a Bullitt from a reputable

Horribly disappointed.
Very disappointed in this dealership. I specifically asked if a certain car was available for sale which I was assured (in writing) that it was. I didn’t want to end up in a “bait and switch” situation so I specifically asked the salesman (John) numerous times if he was sure he could sell me the car that they had “on order”. After assuring me I could purchase this car, he took a $500 deposit. He even scanned me over the contact with the vin number on it! After 2 days I get an email that his manager told him that the car he sold me couldn’t be sold as it was for a display model. You would think they would’ve realized this before taking my $500??? I asked them to do right by me and honor the sale since they already took my money but they refused. Now I will start my car shopping all over again and have to wait days to get my $500 back (who knows if I’ll even get it back). I don’t blame the salesman as he asked THREE managers and they all told him that it could be sold. Once they got my money then realized they couldn’t sell it?? The car is even still up for sale on their website!! Avoid this dealership as they scammed me! I am in retail business and if we sell a customer something, we honor the sale. We don’t bait and switch as it is ILLEGAL!

Horrible customer service
Mind blown at the lack of interest of so called sales person “John” We come in looking for an explorer not knowing options available for the vehicle. First thing sales person saids “what do you want?” Not the way to start a conversation with a potential customer. Disgusted at the way it was handled. Wouldn’t even entertain sitting us down. Coming from someone that’s been working in a dealer... shame on the managers for having such a nasty sales person.
