Fast and Furious!

Fast and Furious! We knew what we wanted and were looking for which was a quick and efficient buying experience to that we could head to Easton to shop and eat! We were in and out in less than 3 hours, with some of that delay being my fault for not having a current insurance card! lol Made the 2 hour drive due to their online selection of inventory; and, their online prices were actually about $1500-$2000 less than our closest Kia dealer, and those prices held up to be true! They quickly confirmed via phone that the inventory was in fact onsite vs in transit, which many dealerships can mislead you on. Once there, a little bit of initial confusion with sales team handing us off, the actual lot was also odd because most of the vehicles were at a different lot. Once we worked through some of the initial confusion, Leo was very knowledgeable and accommodating to run back and forth between the lots to bring cars for us to take a look at. Once we had committed to the car, there was no haggling through the finance process, which sounds strange to say it was fun, but it was actually enjoyable due to the comradery of the staff. As we were rushing to get to Easton, the team let us rush out and they DELIVERED the car to the restaurant!! Car was detailed to the max and looked great! Awesome job to this team!

These guys are great to work with.

These guys are great to work with. I've bought six cars now for me and my wife. Ricardo Holloway was awesome to work with, and Buddy Travis made sure our buying experience went smooth. Always a pleasure to work you all. Joey these guys deserve a raise of a hefty bonus, they're the best!

Relationship being ruined by terrible service.

Relationship being ruined by terrible service. A minor cosmetic issue with my car that SHOULD be a quick fix is being completely ignored. Two requests have been made over the last two weeks for the service department to call me to discuss and nobody has reached out. The sales process was great, but if you need them post sale, it doesn’t appear they are there for you.

If I could give this business negative stars, I would.

If I could give this business negative stars, I would. Their customer service is horrible, and they refuse to give me the legal documents needed to make my car legal on the road. I'm from out of state as well, and they took advantage of the situation to make me finance through their business. I was able to refinance through my bank within that week, and they still have refused to give me my warranty refund of THOUSANDS of dollars 45 days later and counting. Very unprofessional, and I will be contacting the BBB. Do NOT purchase a vehicle from here.

I had previously purchased from this dealer and went back

I had previously purchased from this dealer and went back to do my trade in again. I thought everything was good until I found out Wes Webb the finance guy lied to me about my Kentucky state tax. I asked several times about it and was assured they would be covered. All lies. He knew my situation with divorce and fighting spinal cord cancer and still lied straight to my face. Now a few days before Christmas I have to come up with $2000 to pay taxes that I was told would be taken care of. Please don’t let them lie to you if you from out of state.
