I came to Hillside Toyota after getting so frustrated with other Toyota dealerships who did not take me seriously. Several sales consultants from other dealerships don’t take female drivers and purchasers seriously. Met David H. (Sales Consultant) at Hillside Toyota and he helped me purchase my first vehicle. I needed one badly for school out-of-state. David was quite consistent in keeping me updated and he was a no-nonsense guy. He patiently answered all my questions and clarified every detail. There was a supply constraint with my vehicle of choice but I was able to acquire one before school starts. Thanks to David! David went above and beyond and even followed up after I got my vehicle to make sure everything met my expectations and I got to my destination safely.

It is an exceptional smooth experience with Hillside Toyota. It all started with the sales expert, Pengo. Pengo is very knowledgeable with different products including trims. All information are clear and transparent. Pengo was honest regarding the current car market and able to help me get what I want with a reasonable cost. He is friendly and helpful throughout the purchasing process. On the day of receiving the vehicle, he clearly explained all features of the car to me and made sure everything is okay. In the finance department, I worked with Tak who is nice and able to explain the math very well. There is no force selling on any items or service which I heard from some other dealership in the city. At the end, I would also want to thank Sheila who arrange my initial appointment with Hillside Toyota. She was very responsive to my questions and always polite. All in all, I would recommend anyone who wants to purchase a Toyota to go to this dealership and go to Pengo.

First of all, Sangeeta is the best as far as the dealer side. Marvin in service is great. Honest and courteous. I came for my maintenance and was done within less than an hour and a half. I highly recommend Hillside Toyota.
