DO NOT BUY from this company!!! Read the reviews, they are there for a reason. I have 20 years in automotive businesses and have never seen such shady tactics like Land A Cars. An agreement to buy the vehicle does not mean there is a deal, even if you put money down, this company will still be selling it to another customer even while you tell him your on your way from another state. They also refuse to allow you to get a multi point inspection from a trusted dealer (Carl Black GMC) which proves they have things to hide about their vehicles.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!! People have said lemon and they are CORRECT! This place is a joke and they refuse to take any responsibility for anything! In addition, they won't answer emails, texts, or calls from you once you have said there is something wrong with your vehicle. My car had the check engine light turn on within 2 months of owning it! I took it to a shop to have it looked at and the guy told me there were salvage parts put all into the engine and it needs a total new engine. He advised to have the dealership take it back. The guy Johnathan I purchased the car from said he had to talk to his boss and never got back to me even after emails and texts and calls. Now we are months out from that but still not even a year out and the car is not even drivable! Now I am out a ton of money and upside down on a car that doesn't even drive. WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE, EVERYWHERE TO NEVER BUY A CAR FROM THEM!!!

I bought my son his first car here about 8 months ago. Good customer service. Great prices! And the vehicles are all very nice and clean. We mentioned some details on the car and it got fixed right then and there. We will be back! And I recommend everyone looking for a used vehicle to check this place out. No regrets !

The cars are poor quality. The warranty is a waste of time. My AC does not work at all. Google reviews are falsified. Don’t buy here

They sell lemons. They will not disclose any useful information about the vehicles. Our new used VW Tiguan is a lemon and with such a great deal we got who cares about dumping another three grand to replace the engine. Zero stars.

We bought a Chevy suburban 2 months ago from them... the car looked brand new- showed us the car fax and it stated it had minimal body damage. The office guy who assisted us, John, assured us if it was something major- the carfax would show it. Upon purchasing the car, they told us if for any reason the check engine light came on to bring it back to them and they would fix it before getting the emissions done. It didn’t come on and it passed emissions. The same day I purchased, get pulled over by the cops due to no running tail lights, no license plate lights and improper tag. Took it back to get lights fixed (come to find out, all they did was hot wire to get them working again!). That was a $75.00 ticket I couldn’t get out of. Now that my check has cleared- major things started happening... 4 days after purchase- my husband and I left for a weekend away only to get stuck in Chattanooga! We had to have the car towed back to Atlanta and get a rental car to get back home. At this point we were pissed- hubby went back to dealership and talked with John who said it was basically out of their hands. (We just spent 11.5 cash on a car with a clean carfax report and they can’t help us out at all?!) So, we took it to a car shop and they plugged their machine into the car and he was able to see the full history of the car- it had been in two major accidents and the whole body of the car was basically brand new- it was coming back with a bad engine as well as tons of minor things. We used our savings to purchase this car- spent more money trying to figure out what was wrong with it, to find out that we can’t afford to fix it and that the car is only worth $1000 in the condition that it’s in!! Landa cars in Alpharetta is a scam- they are very nice to your face- it they are selling you junk cars!!! DO NOT BUY from them.... they don’t care about you or your family, they just want their money!! Now we are out of money, have no car and are at a complete loss of words!

Drove all the way from Tennessee to see an Avalanche and was not disappointed at all. Vehicles are well detailed and are in great condition. This particular car had a problem with the back window and they fixed it then and there! Jonathan was very professional. I would def. recommend this place to family and friends.

I bought a Ford Expedition from here. While test driving, I noticed a crack in the front windshield. I was not planning on purchasing it because of the crack but Jon assured me that he would send a company out to repair it for me. After a few days, he never contacted me. I got a phone call from him and I was hoping he would tell me he scheduled the windshield repair but instead it was to tell me one of his workers left a tool in the trunk while changing a light bulb. I asked him again about the windshield repair and he said he forgot. I drove to the dealership to drop off the tool and he still did not schedule the repair. I called him two more times afterwards and everytime I speak to him he says "Oh yeah, I'll get someone to you." Here we are 4 months later and he has never gotten it taken care of. No recommendations from me.
