Run away!
Run away! We got a pretty good price on a pretty good used vehicle, but they lied and omitted about everything. They didn't mention that there was only one key, but when we picked it up, they DID mention that a new one was $600.00 from the dealership. They said there were 3 years left on the warranty, when there were actually THREE DAYS!!!! There was only a half tank of fuel, they didn't bother to vacuum it out. The protective mat in the back (hatchback) was from a different make and model completely, and forced to fit. There were a few minor accidents which were repaired and it looked good, but they never bothered to mention those, and when I brought it up, the guy got defensive. The second day we had it, it got a CEL, which is being checked right now. According to vehicle reports, it's hopefully just an O2 sensor, but we'll see. As of this writing, we've had it 2 days. Can't wait to see what's next.

Don't buy on-line without seeing
NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealer without test driving/seeing it first. I bought my 4th on-line vehicle here. This was by far the worst. When I received it and started it up there were 3 codes tripped on the engine lights, the driver's seat did not move backward and forward, the body was dented and dinged (and I was told it was "very clean"), the inside was detailed but had to be done again because it was so dirty, etc, etc. So far, I put $1500 into fixing things that should have been done before it left German Auto House. I'm still fixing it (the vehicle only had 55,000 miles). German Auto House gave me a token $200 towards fixing it.

Fj cruiser
My wife and I drove 3 hrs to buy a car. Called before to make sure vehicle was in great condition like the website said and was told it was. Once We got there the Fj cruiser was full of hail damage on the hood and roof and even on the sides. Parking lot was muddy and felt what a waste of a day. Salesman and owner could of cared less.

Thanks for driving 3 hours, some of our customer drive even more than 10 hours to get here. All our customers are very important for us. Even the customers like you. You wanted to buy the vehicle. We were signing the paperwork, and we could not finalize the deal because of finances. You guys brought some money and rest we could not finance or could not put it on credit or debit card. As you remember, we tried 3 times and it did not work. We never have done a business with you before, so we could not take your personal check as well. As you mentioned in your review, you live 3 hours away. We even give you an option; we will ship the vehicle after funds will clear. We need to get paid before letting the vehicle go out of the lot. I am really sorry that, we could not put deal together. Our cars condition or muddy parking lot after rain has nothing to do with it. We did everything to help you. Will NOT take car of you once you leave the lot.
Would not fix safety and security issues once I left the lot. Would not return calls. Still have broken door lock and broken tail light cover. Hoping it doesn’t cause an accident. Owner stated “did you drive it off the lot?” Yes I did. All reputable dealers would have fixed this same day safety issue. Oh yeah and then leaving less then a quarter tank of gas upon pickup. “ we only fill it once when we get it.” Hope this post prevents anyone current or future issues.
