Long post, but worth the read: This is the truck that Nate purchased on May 26. Since it was used it came with a standard 3 month/3000 mile power train warranty. That day, the air conditioning stopped working. Starting May 27th, it showed signs of having electrical issues. The first one being an error of "check braking system". He took the truck back to the dealership to have it checked out, was told that there was a circuit or something wrong with it but they didn't know where. Since it was raining when the error initially came on, he was told to COME BACK WHEN IT RAINS. They did however, put freon in it since the AC is leaking. He also overheard a conversation among the technicians using racial slurs, that lasted about 30 minutes. One of them is very glad he lives up north because there aren't any black people or mexicans (he used different words to describe them).The problems with this truck worsened from there. The buttons for 4 wheel drive, heated seats, etc stopped working. The driver side seat belt stopped working. The lights on the dash for speedometer, etc started flashing when he would start the truck. Cruise control and mirror control also stopped working. We fought for a week to get this resolved. We asked for them to fix it, to make it a safe reliable truck. We said we would keep it if they fixed the issues and guaranteed it through this winter. The answer was no. They "took pity" on us and allowed us to return the truck under the condition that we purchase a different one from their dealership. How convenient, they had no options that were comparable. We ended up buying a brand new truck that we didn't want, obviously had pay considerably more for, and felt trapped by this dealership. We were told this situation was an inconvenience to them (gee, sorry).We left this truck at the dealership on June 10th. The next day it was on the website. This truck has not been fixed and is not only unsafe, it's an electrical mess that the next owner will be stuck with. The listing says its a recent arrival. It sat there for over 200 days (per the dealership) before we foolishly purchased it. I encourage you to share this experience in the hopes that someone else doesn't have to go through the same nightmare we did.

Incredible Service ‼️
I had an annoying issue with a vibration noise on my Dodge Durango. I took it to this dealership and they went above and beyond to discover the problem. I was greeted and treated with the utmost respect and concern. Alex in the service department was exceptional in communication and providing the opportunity for both his team and myself to get this issue resolved. I could not be more pleased and would highly recommend this Jeep Dealership to my family and friend.. 🤗

Very pleased with our purchase
I purchased a new Ram 1500. Most of the transaction was handled via emails and a few phone calls. Drove 5 hours to pick up the vehicle. It was very clean and exactly what we discussed. No runaround and a very good price.

I was heading home on a Sunday morning from vacation, when my Jeep wouldn't shift into 2nd gear. I live in Milwaukee, and had to leave it at the Eagle River Dodge dealership. I worked with Ed and Bill at the dealership who truly made this a seamless process for me. Especially, since I live five hours away. Over a weeks time I was in contact with Ed and Bill. Any phone call or text I would send they would get back to me immediately with and answer or solution. Both Ed and Bill truly understand what good customer service is. By far the best experience I've had when it comes to dealing with any dealership. I wish this dealership was in my backyard, and not so far away. Don't hesitate to take your vehicle here or buy from here. They treat you life family. THANKS AGAIN ED AND BILL! Simply amazing service.
