Recently bought a 2023 Hyundai sonata se, was very straightforward Mike hardy helped me with the process and helped me understand what I didn’t. 10/10 would recommend!

Billy and Greg were great to work with. The car was as represented - my husband is a professional mechanic and checked it out at his shop thoroughly before we signed on the dotted line. We've done quite a bit of comparison shopping recently and the price was fair for the car that we bought.

Don't but from these con artists. After being shown a truck around 10;00am on Saturday, 7/22/23, I was told that the truck would be held for me on the approval of a credit check. Info was taken from me for the check, yet I was later told that the approval would come on Monday,7/24/23, as I was told nobody was in the office on Saturday. I was at work on Monday, and received a call about my financing approval. I immediately called the salesman to let him know of my approval, and was told someone was test driving the truck. I told him I was coming after work to buy it, and he told me he would put a sold sign on it. About 30 minutes later, my salesman on Saturday, Billy Joe, called me to inform me my truck had been sold. All he could say was "I'm sorry. There's nothing I can do". I tried to call the lot manager Greg, but he would not return my call, which speaks to the character of the entire group. They are unsrupulous con artists, only concerned about their money. They have absolutely no interest in the customer. I thought I had found the perfect vehicle for my family, and it was sold right out from under me by these immoral salesmen.

Billy was an amazing salesman. No pressure and he knew all the details of the cars we looked at! Thanks again Billy! We will be back 😁

This business was great and would recommend them to anyone nice cars and clean shop and very nice atmosphere. Anyone want a great experience this is it.

Very poor customer service. I purchased a forester got it home only to discover it had an amp ans someone took it out before I purchased. I was still trying to get them to give me 200.00 to repair the car. It has been 3 weeks. No one has bothered to call me back. I have abought a car from the before. I do not recommend. They have horrible customer service.

The staff work hard, for you to get you the lowest interest rate and better finance company. Redding car and truck center faster than the dealer ships I’ve dealt with.
