Several incredibly bad interactions and services with E-Auto, its employees, and its owner. Do not even waste your time, you’ll be highly dissatisfied and bothered. There are too many horrifying events and results to describe them all. The mechanic just does temporary fixes and business issues no receipts, unless requested. Owner Jim informed me that he ordered the proper parts. He deceived me for more than six months before burning me to the ground. No parts were ever ordered. Jim pleaded with me to remove my initial assessment of his business if he fixed the persistent problems with my truck, I agreed and waited for months. Again, nothing happened. LIES, LIES, LIES, & COMPLETELY POOR SERVICE!! COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND ENERGY!!

My sons car had issues that were difficult to diagnose, we were struggling to solve this so that we could pass inspection. Took the car in and the folks at eAuto worked it into their schedule quickly. They put quite a bit of effort into solving issues with this car. This vehicle had emissions problems that were hard to fix. The amount of effort and follow through that Andy and Al put into this is phenomenal. They kept all of their promises... they are flexible, they are reasonable and they are honest. The quality of service and the personal attention that we received while working with everyone at this business is unmatched. We see them as friends now... not just a car dealer and repair facility. I went there for repairs on a vehicle I purchased from them and it was under warranty they told me the part that was cumming up wasn't covered but it is

High priced high miles piece of crap cars are taking the vehicle I purchased back several times they expected me to pay for something they didn't and couldn't never fix. The told me the went through the car and after one week found out the car barely had oil in it. I asked for my money back and all they did was keep telling me to bring it in until the warranty was up so they didn't have to refund my deposit. They're Liars saying I put 6000 miles on it in 2 months but was back and forth back to them several times CONS.
