Mike and his team at the service center are a great crew. I want to give an even bigger shout out to Ty who took care of my annual oil change on Friday - I will be requesting him from now on for his promptness, courtesy and professionalism.

Friendly, direct, timely.

Friendly, direct, timely. I like the experience of working with the people at Chapman Dealerships. No dealership service would be considered inexpensive but I always feel I get quality service at a reasonable price. I am also never pressured to agree to and pay for any services I do not want or disagree with. Many service departments could learn from their approach.

Todd was my sales person.

Todd was my sales person. He provided.Excellent customer service, and was knowledgeable about the Tigua that I purchased. I was very pleased with the whole process. No one was pushy. Everyone was very helpful, including the financial advisor manager. All in all it was a great experience.

I brought my vehicle in for a recall, and was able to get

I brought my vehicle in for a recall, and was able to get a few other small issues repaired under warranty as well. Daryl was very helpful and provided a pretty accurate estimate of how long the work would take.

The service provided was well done (so far).

The service provided was well done (so far). My car was clean, fully inspected, and runs like a charm. The only downside was the length of time it took to get fully serviced. I arrived for a 9:00 a.m. appointment on Wednesday, 7/23, and my car was not available for me until Tuesday, 7/29. Given an estimate of 2-3 days, I expected the car to be ready NLT Fri, 7/25.
