Horrible service, greed, lack of integrity We have been working with the Kissimmee location to locate a vehicle. After looking at 2 vehicles they both fell through for varies reasons. We were contacted by the Kissimmee location informing us a vehicle was located and the required paperwork had been submitted to the West Orlando location, all we needed to do was go to the West Orlando location and completed the paperwork and drive with the vehicle. When we arrived tp the West Orlando location, we walked in there was a gentlemen to our immediate right playing on his phone (offered no service) behind him a gentleman was assisting a consumer and to the far front counter was a male sells man and a female consumer. Issue 1. we walked in and had to gain the attention of someone to assist us. When we did gain the attention of the sales person we informed him of the vehicle that we was supposed to be picking up, and was told "oh no we don't know of anyone coming for that vehicle." as he led me to the front counter. I was again told that he knew that "someone was coming" just not that it was for that vehicle". I contacted the Kissimmee location and informed them of my findings. However when we pulled up we noticed that the vehicle was indeed pulled upfront. Once we went inside it became very apparent that the West Orlando location was actively in the process of selling the vehicle to another individual. How do you do business like this? How are you so greedy that you do not honor the paperwork that was already submitted to your office and then lie and say you didn't know. How is this ok to do consumers that is bringing their hard earned money to purchase a good from you unprofessional business? Everyone that comes to this location needs to know they type of personnel they have assisting them. If they did this to me I can only imagine the fraud and bad loans that they are doing and giving everyone else. They need to be investigated.

Salesperson was nice. The car was priced right, but ran questionably. Everytime you roll to a stop the car would shutter. Drove there 2 times from Jacksonville, told the car was fixed and ready, it was not. Never got a work order showing what was wrong or "fixed.

Quick, easy, professional. No pressure. Truly, car buying without the hassle. Definitely would recommend to anyone.
