John went above and beyond to make sure this was smooth

John went above and beyond to make sure this was smooth process. We ran numbers and everything was a go. Very quick and efficient and will recommend him to friends and family.

I purchased a car less than a week the engine light came

I purchased a car less than a week the engine light came on had to get it serviced.two weeks later I had to get a starter I burned out the starter because I ran out of gas at a quarter of a tank so the gas tank wasn't working properly.then two weeks later I had to get a serpentine belt them replace most of the pulleys.then approx 3-3 weeks later I'm driving the jeep patriot my brakes went out the left tire tire rod end came apart I almost killed myself cause I ran into a pole.the car was totaled I had insurance + gap insurance.now drive time is still contacting me telling me I have to pay the difference.that funny I drove the jeep patriot for 2 months THEY SOLD ME A LEMON the worst car experience I ever had

Karl Raymond!

Karl Raymond! That’s the name you want!! This man takes care of you and makes you feel at home the moment you shake his hand. He doesn’t hide any answers and goes over everything the way you want . Definitely the best experience I have ever had buying a car!! And I have to thank Karl Raymond for that!!

Easy, efficient process.

Easy, efficient process. They were very patient and let me test drive couple of cars. I spent several hours with no pressure. I definitely recommend and trust. Karl hands down will be the reason I do future business with DriveTime.
