DriveTime was awesome from start to finish!

DriveTime was awesome from start to finish! The staff was super friendly and didn’t pressure me at all, which made the whole car-buying experience way less stressful than I expected. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a great car that fit my budget. The financing part was easy too even with not so great credit, they made it work. Overall, it felt like they actually cared and wanted to help, which you don’t always get at dealerships. Definitely recommend checking them out!

The Round Rock TX location sold me a car that needs ALL

The Round Rock TX location sold me a car that needs ALL new tires and a new tire rim. There are cupping on all tires and a welded rim. These are things you do not know if you are not experienced. The silver rock warranty does not help much. My car was in the repair facility more in the first 33 days than I had it at home. They do the bare minimum instead of just fixing it the right way. They changed my rotors and not the brakes so now I have to get brakes front and back. Mind you it’s only been 2 months. My windshield still leaks on the inside. The customer relations is worse than the warranty. They don’t help with nothing. These people are deceptive!!!! Don’t buy from them!!! Let’s recap…. I bought a 17000 car and 5000 warranties, taxes, etc., so I bought a car for 22000 and need to replace All tires and a rim since the beginning. They knew this when they sold it. Not to mention the leaking and now transmission issues. They took advantage of me as a first time buyer. The Drivetime customer relations basically said if I can still drive it then it’s not a failure and therefore it’s my expense. Find a different dealership. These people only care about the money and not you as a consumer.

False advertising

All of the commercials about ease of buying don't apply if you're trying to buy a truck. If you want a TRUCK be prepared to put down 5k or more to even begin with financing. Complete bull.

Great !!

No one is happy to have to buy a car this way but Chris Ramirez and Garrison made it the best experience for me ever. I went in and within a short time I was driving my new car. Everyone was nice, friendly , always smiling and helpful. My beautiful "new" car was completely cleaned up and every button gone over with me. I have bought from Drive Time before a few years back and my experience was not even close to the customer service I experienced here. THese guys are TOP NOTCH in my book !! Thank you !!

I had fun

Of course if you have good credit, don't go here! As for me, I have bad credit and so do many others out there. This is a great dealership if your looking to acquire some equity and repair your credit. Once your credit gets a little boost after a few months, just refinianance your loan with a credit union for lower payments and lower payoff. I was told as long asI could drive the car in, I could trade it. My wheels were about to fall off but I got it in and traded it. Thanks drive time!

Great customer service

This is great dealership. These folks specialize is selling cars to folks with low credit scores. They are very skilled at working with you to get you in the vehicle you like. Customer service is remarkable. All of their vehicles are older with significant mileage. They were very accommodating with getting me the most on my trade in. With that said, you will pay a higher sticker price on your new car with a high interest rate. If you pay everything on time, look to pay about double the sticker price over the life of the loan.
