DriveTime of Plano

We have been excellent paying customers now for 5 1/2 years now, we have NEVER been late, not once!!! We went into the dealership in Plano spoke to the manager there told him our situation,he pulled up our history and verified that it was perfect from day one to present and they notified us to trade up on the car that we were paying on, we did not want to trade up, we put too much money into that car so we went in to get another one and found out they’ve changed all the rules all the regulations and are the only dealership that has done this so in order to get a car there they have to verify you for identity theft that takes a week to a week and a half and what astounds me is they already have all of our information correct address still correct drivers license still, so there was nothing to verify, so with us being perfectly paid customers you think they’d want to keep our business so they actually shot them self in the foot on this one, you would think any business would want perfect paying customers from day one into present never been late, so now they have totally lost our business and we will make sure that we’ll let everybody know not to go to Drive Time this is ridiculous as we work so hard to build our credit and to have our account perfect and we were still treated as if it wasn’t!!!! Be AWARE!!! don’t shop Drive Time!!! No respect!

We had been shopping for a car for months... Aqura' Brown was very helpful and extremely patient with us. He was honest about what we were going to be getting. I would definitely recommend him to anybody looking to buy a car.

OMGoodness, these ladies made my day with their excellence customer service!! Yvonne was so personable with me. She was professional, and thorough as she explained the features on my new car. I had bought back my Jeep Compass that I purchsed from them.. Nothing wrong with it, just was as thrilled about it after driving it on the highway. Long story short, no hassle at all to get me in my Kia Sportage 3 Days later!! Sarah was just as courteous and friendly with the paperwork.. I really had a great experience at this drive time. Everyone that worked with me was wonderful. We test drove one car here and then I wanted to go to Garland to test drive another car. Yolanda drove us down and I fell in love with my Nissan. We drove back to Plano and couldn't get done that day. They put in garage over night and I came back next day after work to finish up. Everyone was absolutely wonderful with me and my hubby. This made a big difference as I had been to another place where they were very rude. Kudos to the staff here!!!!
