Best & Easiest Purchase of a Vehicle
This has been the easiest we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle!!! The down payment was literally $95 & there was absolutely no catch. We were able to get a 2017 vehicle!!!! Horrible service
Well initially I was happy I was pre approved guy told me all I had to do is pick out a car and set an appointment with the dealership near me. So I find a car a 2009 Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I got to the dealership it was in Jacksonville so they said they would transfer it to Brandon, Florida. Then the lady I was working with there had no idea I was pre approved and was trying to run my credit again. I’ve been working on it to get it better and don’t need multiple pulls too bring it down. Long story short I had to watch videos on the warranty and ect.... so 2 weeks after purchasing the Jeep it starts blowing oil everywhere and I called drive time so they referred me to their warranty company silver rock. I called them and all is good. Till they find out it’s the rear main seal and that’s like $1,300. So I’ve been fighting with them to get them to pay for the issue that’s covered and with in the 30 days and 1,500 miles restriction. I turned back to drive time for help and they did nothing except say you have to deal with them. Well they sold me the xxxx jeep that’s on them! Now the best part so I had a previous tag that I wanted transferred to the Jeep and I actually had 2 tags that could be used and I was told that I would receive the sticker in the mail for my tag. Now I find out that the fees I was being charged was for a new tag! So I now have 3 tags in my name instead of two and one being active on the Jeep! The staff is obviously in experienced and does not know exactly what to do! So because of them I’m out more money and still waiting for my Jeep to get fixed! I feel they owe me some kind of credit for their mistakes! Maybe some o e will get it together there and do the correct things! Till then becarful and have things checked out. Good luck and beware!
