I HAVE BREAST CANCER AND ON CHEMOTHERAPY THATS WHY I HAD MY VEHICLE DELIVERED TO ME BECAUSE IM TO WEAK TO TRAVEL. I WAS TOLD I HAD TO BRING MY TRUCK TO MEMPHIS WHICH IS A 6½ HOURS DRIVE ONE WAY AND LEAVE IT WITH THEM FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS SO THEY CAN FIX IT CHEAPER THAN THE ESTIMATE I GOT FROM MY MECHANIC. IM WEAK SND AND DONT HAVE THE TIME TO TRAVEL BECAUSE OF ALL THE SICKNESS IM GOING THREADED. SO ETHAN SMART A#! ATTITUDE TOLD ME THATS ALL HE CAN OFFER WAS FOR ME TO BEING IT TO HIM. SO WHERE IS THE COMPASSION AND CARING PART AT HE COULD GIVE A RATS A#! ABOUT ME BEING A CANCER PATIENT HE CAN CARE LESS

The Manager is crazy

I will not recommend anyone to get a car from this location. Their manager Kevin Harris put his hands on a customer while I was there with a friend. The customer was very upset because he just got a car 2 months ago ago and the motor went. I would be upset to but for the manager to put his hands on him was out of line!
