The good: Vehicle as described Patient and professional The bad: Vehicle delivery costs are higher than normal if pickup is in Brooklyn. After weeks of trying to get a delivery scheduled, I finally had to fly up there and get the van myself.

Alex's friendliness and his no-hassle approach is what definitely sold me on purchasing a SUV from him. I went to Auto Empire LLC to look at a GMC Yukon Xl. The truck was ready for test drive when I arrived and it looked and rode like it was described on website. The owners are brothers and don't push you to make a sale like other dealers. The price was fair and even after the sale when I found something wrong they fixed it. There are no Doc fees. Prep fees, or telling you the car was just sold when you show up. They are honest and show you Carfax on vehicle so you can see its history. I have driven truck over 500 miles now and it runs great and my mechanic says it's an excellent truck. If you need a good used car or truck see Alex and he will take care of you. i am so pleased with my purchase from auto empire, that i will purchase my next car for my wife from them. My sales guy was Orlando very informative about the M4 he went into so much detail about the features of the car he knew all the specs. He was also very polite and not a typical pushy sales guy.I would not hestiate to purchase from them again, their price was thousdands less than other dealers in my area.
