Service was scheduled immediately, no long wait. Service manager was very accommodating and pleasant; called me to let me know the status and explained all of the service that was completed. Car was returned with service complete plus washed and cleaned. Many dealerships focus only on sales but this one stands out by building long term relationships with customers.

Prompt greeting and drop-off, offered pricing different options for the service I needed, came in under the cost estimate (a first in my experience), had the car ready as promised, and cleaned and vacuumed the car. Fantastic experience!

The best experience I have ever had at a dealership and I buy multiple cars yearly. It starts with the salesman Andy, then the sales manger Charlie and finally the finance manager Joshua.

While I wish I could say I was shopping for a Porsche, I wasn’t but did find a really good deal on a used Ford Escape at this dealership. I just happened to stumble upon the listing late at night and Immediately sent an inquiry. I recieved a call the next morning and went on my way to check out the vehicle. Arriving at the dealership, we (I brought my father for his car wisdom) were quickly greeted and escorted to Bruce, my wonderful salesman. Bruce allowed us to test drive the car and answered all questions we had. I decided to buy it and the financing process was quick and painless and Bruce has been nothing but helpful with tags and titling. I highly recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a Porsche or even a used car. Bruce is the man to go to! Five stars. I can only hope that when the day comes that I am able to actually buy a Porsche, Bruce will be the guy to sell it to me!

Fantastic dealership with experienced and knowledgeable sales staff. The General Manager greeted us on our arrival and was very friendly. The sales team was the best I have ever dealt with when purchasing a new vehicle. Just a wonderful experience all the way around. I highly recommend this dealership.

Worst experience I have had. Had two issues: one with my heater blower that wouldn’t shut off even when the key was turned off, and a second issue with one door not closing completely. The mechanics claimed that the door issue was due to a prior accident due to them finding a thicker clear coat over the door in question—indicating that the door had been refinished. When confronted they checked the rest of the car and the clear coat thickness was similar. On questioning they said that the entire car may have been refinished due to an accident. NOT TRUE. Clean car fax, no evidence of repainting on the car, and car was owned by a dealer mechanic. Second, the problem with the blower was said to be due to “coffee spilled on the climate control panel”. Not true. The car was taken to different dealer in Tyson’s Corner VA. Blower issue was due to internal short in blower controller. Nothing to do with any coffee spill. No evidence for accident. Also confirmed with selling dealer and prior owner. Bottom line the mechanics and the service manager were deceitful in trying to purposefully prevent repairs under warranted service. For what reason, I really don’t know. I will never go back to this dealer. Be forewarned!

No pressure sales team at a beautiful new facility in Maryland. I highly recommend doing business with Porsche Of Rockville. And I didn't buy a Porsche. I bought a used Ram 2500. They treated me the same regardless of the vehicle I was buying. Thank you guys!!
