Kasey did a great job with us and why I rated this a 5. She went above and beyond to make up for the horrible experience with Jay, our assigned salesperson. If someone wants to call me about my experience with Jay, I would appreciate it. I taught sakes training for the worlds largest John Deere collection of dealerships and know abut about what I’m talking about. Suffice to say his communication was horrible throughout the 3 week process, never returning phone calls or not calling when he said he would . He’s clearly trying to rely on his pleasant personality. The last straw is he set up the day and time for us to buy the vehicle. BUT no one knew we were coming from 4 hours away to pick up the vehicle and he went on vacation. I’m usually more understanding of newer salespeople who are learning, but I don’t think Jay can be saved. Kasey saved the day and is a keeper. My number is 701-212-6053.

Brought my 2022 Aviator in for an oil change and several recalls - it was a wonderful experience from the loaner to the service tech advising it was best to wait to do all these items at one time versus how it was scheduled - thus saving me hundreds of dollars.
