Purchased my car here so figured I’d give them a shot to
Purchased my car here so figured I’d give them a shot to service my vehicle. Let’s just say I will not be returning. From the moment I got there to the moment I left I did not feel like my experience there mattered at all. Took almost 5 minutes to be greeted with no other customers in line. I got a tire rotation and an oil change and I was there waiting for 3 and a half hours. Nobody came to check on me to tell me there was a delay or they were just finishing up. This kind of service is unacceptable for paying almost $200. Will not be recommending to my friends or family and will not be back to service my vehicle. There is so much competition out there… show your customers you care.
