This place totally misrepresented the car and wouldn’t help me further. I’m an older woman who’s too trusting and these people took advantage of me. I found out before leaving the lot that it was a rust-filled Northern car; not only in the engine bay but the frame was rusted out as well. They refused to refund the money I’d just given them! There’s a reason they say “AS IS!” My mechanic told me not to spend another dime on it because it was too far gone. Don’t let someone take your money until you have the car checked out first!

Apathetic towards their customers.
BEWARE. Do not shop from this dealership. They are AT BEST inept and unaware that they are selling defective cars. At worst, they refuse to help rectify willfully selling someone a faulty car. They sold us a car with a faulty engine and refuse to help us with repairs or to buy it back. We only get told “Car sold as is” without any help. Shop anywhere else but here.

Nice people and easy to deal with
The people working here helped me get in my first car so much. I was having a hard time getting approved at another place close to this dealership. Angel Motors was the only place who truly did so much to help me get approved. I recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Friendly staff and very attentive.
The staff at the dealership was very helpful and attentive with us. Not to mention patient while we looked at several of their vehicles. We didn't feel like we were being pushed to make a decision right away which is one of the reasons why we enjoyed our buying process. Thank you Angel!

**DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!**
I purchased a 2013 Infiniti JX35 with 91k miles on 7/24/2020 for $16k from this lot. We did take the vehicle to our local mechanic to have it looked at for possible rust or any leaks being that the car originally came from New Jersey. No issues in those regards, however after driving the vehicle less than 50 miles and two days later, a “shudder” began to be experienced when the vehicle was accelerating into low gear from a complete stop. There was also an extreme vibration when traveling at high speeds. We took the vehicle to our local mechanic on 7/27/2020 that advised there was a transmission issue and recommended contacting Angel Motors due to the vehicle just being purchased and the damage costs for the repairs. I called Angel Motors and spoke to Melissa, who was very pleasant and I explained the issue to her. She stated that she would have the owner, John, contact me directly. John returned my call shortly thereafter pleading that he sold me a good vehicle and that the only thing he could do was sell me the third party warranty after the 24 hour time period had already lapsed and knowing that their was a pre-existing issue with the vehicle, wait at least a month a more and then file a fraudulent and unethical claim. We took the vehicle to Infiniti Of Cool Springs 7/28/2020 to be officially diagnosed, the diagnosis was that the CVT transmission needs to be replaced at a total cost of $8,975.29 for the repairs. I’m a single mother of four children, two of which have special needs, autism and cerebral palsy, therefore, after purchasing what I had believed to be a good reliable vehicle for $16k, I do not have the almost $9k additional funds to cover these repair costs. My father stopped by to speak to the owner directly today 7/29/2020 to explain the situation once again, show him the quote for the repairs provided by Infiniti and ask that he help in some way. The owner became very defensive and rude with him and stated that there was nothing he could (would) do. At that point, my father told him that our only option was to inform other potential buyers not to purchase from him being that he had obviously known of the issue (the car made it less than 50 miles before presenting issues) and that he is unethical by selling such vehicles to customer and recommending to them to submit fraudulent warranty claims. As my father was driving off, a potential buyer arrived and my father did advise them of the situation that occurred with my recent purchase from them and recommended that they not do business there. Apparently, shortly after my father had left, the owner called me directly on my cell phone as I’m trying to get my three year old autistic son down for a nap and completely unaware of what had just occurred at the lot between him and my father. He had to have had gotten my personal number from the bill of sale at the time of purchase. He was irate, yelling, and making threats to call a lawyer and the police on me and advised me that neither myself nor anyone in my family is welcome on his lot due to my father coming up there to speak with him which I had no knowledge or part of. I immediately called the Smyrna Police department for harassment. When the officer arrived, officer Robert Cash, he was incredibly friendly and advised he would contact the owner John to make him aware that he can not contact me in the future. He went to his patrol car to make the phone call and came back shortly to advise me that he had in fact spoken to John, who lied and stated I called him first, I have phone records to prove otherwise, and that he had even been rude to him as well. During our conversation, John called the officer back to get his name and badge number, which officer Cash provided very politely. Less than two minutes later, dispatch contacted the officer stating that the owner of Angel Motors had contacted them about the officer reaching out. He literally called the Smyrna police on the Smyrna police. Insane...

They have very good customer service.
I bought a 2015 Honda pilot on a very good condition with 90 days warranty and they have a very good customer service representative. I went three or four car dealers they have weird customer service.

Great customer service
I like this car dealership, because they give me free 3 months warranty, I stop by 3 car dealership, every other dealership try to sell me warranty for $1000 , Angel Motors inc give me free warranty, and 4 new tires with my purchase. Thank you Angel .

2012 Nissan Rogue
I had such an amazing experience with Jon and Melissa at Angel Motors! I bought a 2012 Nissan Rogue from them about one month ago and I love the car. I am a musician/part time teacher, so getting a loan that was right for me took some time and some good searching. Jon and Melissa were able to recommend a credit union that was right for my situation. And when it took some time for my loan to be finalized, they were patient and accommodating every step of the way. I whole heartedly would recommend buying from them again, great customer service, honesty and selection. Thank you so much for helping me out!
