Thier customer service sucks.

Thier customer service sucks. They aren't welcoming. When they shake your hand they hardly grip it. They kept telling me they wanted 3k down for a 17 and offered a 18 with 7 thousand miles more with 2k down didn't make no sense to me. They all need to work on customer service! customer service is everything in this type of market. I was warned not to come here I should have listened.

Pretty sure the car they sold me needs a new

Pretty sure the car they sold me needs a new transmission. Dealer had taken home the car we wanted to test drive, then came back next day to drive it and was dirty with food crumbs. Sales associate was nice though. They do make you buy a warranty you won’t ever need. Very pushy.

They force you to buy a two thousand dollar add on and

Received a call from one of their employees.

Received a call from one of their employees. They asked a bunch of info, including home address. I provided it reluctantly and I told them they I was out of TX. That seemed to perplex them. They said they’d call back. Received a call from a different person. Went through the same process. Was told they’d call back. Received a 3rd call from a sales guy. He assured me they’d could sell out of state. Took my info and said he’d call back. Never heard from them. I’ve never had to work so hard to give someone my money! Good news - I bought a car from a different dealer, coincidentally in TX.

The sales rep I met was nice, Emiliano.

The sales rep I met was nice, Emiliano. Unfortunately the pricing on the website and what I saw in Cars.com was not the actual price. There are two add ons that can’t be taken off, so in reality the price was $1500 more. There is no mention of this anywhere. The price we see needs to be the price of the vehicle.

If you ever wanted to be treated like royalty, go to Auto Boutique. The staff was quick to respond and help! Purchased my car here and their service level is incredible! Pre and post hire too! Absolutely love this dealership and their staff, they go the extra distance for you!

My husband and I purchased my vehicle in November of

My husband and I purchased my vehicle in November of 2024, on the way home we noticed it was idling rough. The car was vibrating while stopped or in low speeds. I made the dealership aware and they blew me off. The next week I had them come tow it to the dealership because their was a ticking noise and it was running worse. They had it there for 1 day and called me to say nothing was wrong with it except the tire was very low. I asked if they had drove it and they said yes and the man also told me he didn't hear a noise. When I went to pick it up I spoke to the service manager and he said he would keep it and check it again. The following day he called and told me nothing was wrong with it. I told him that me, my husband and a few other people could hear it ticking but they said it was nothing. Well fast forward to now. The car is in the shop the lifters are having to be replaced and it's costing 2500.00. The service engine light had came on and the transmission started kicking when switching gears.

Answered once, never answered again. Was trying to find out more information about a car without giving my information to avoid all the advertising and pushing but the only answer I got was an email from a sales person asking for my info so I can get the help I need. I understand this is a strategy to be able to pitch the sale or something, just i don’t need all the pressure of buying just needed information.
