Everyone they're treated me with the utmost respect very professional wonderful atmosphere very courteous communication was top-notch would highly recommend and Justin was fabulous. Delilah was very sweet and very professional.

Not sure why I can't change my previous review directly, but I will update wit a new one. I was contacted by the Service Director and we re-scheduled my service for today. Everything was flawless, was impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of my service advisor, Justin Holt. If this dealership keeps this high standard of service, they might become one of the best in North Dallas. Thank you, guys!

Short story, called this dealership service dept. to ask if they can perform an oil change on my Audi today. The person on the phone confirmed they can perform the work as soon as I arrive with no issues, so I drove 20 miles under a heavy rain to get to them. When I arrived there, Mr. Monterrosa, Service Manager came out to let me know they are conducting a "hail drill" ( basically squeezing all cars inside) and they can't perform the oil change as promised. 20 miles to get back home, and my time wasted. My understanding is they are part of Sewell group, you know, you drive a Sewell, you are family. Well, the family kicked me out today.
