Service Consultant did an exceptional job at customer service and communication with me to keep me informed with repair needed, under warranty, taking care of rental for first 2 days and then getting me a brand new loaner, which I had for a month since the part was back ordered. I really appreciated the loaner and great customer service. Service Manager, Ashley, took good care of me when I returned the loaner, she was so nice and friendly.

Buyers beware: this dealership displays a staggering lack
Buyers beware: this dealership displays a staggering lack of integrity, professionalism, and basic human decency. I spent an entire day working with their team to finalize the purchase of a specific vehicle they repeatedly assured me was available and was definitely mine, to the point of advising me to cancel an active deal with another dealership — which I did, in good faith. Despite knowing my current vehicle was being sold and that I had no other options, they sold the car out from under me without any notice or explanation. They explicitly told me to cancel a deal I had lined up elsewhere — the only other car in the country I could find in my price range — and I made it crystal clear that doing so would leave me with no other options. Despite this, they sold the vehicle out from under me with zero warning. Worse, when I called to express how devastated I was — explaining that I now have no transportation to get to work — they laughed. Since then, the manager has ignored my calls completely, refusing to return any of the messages I’ve left, and no other employees will call me back. This is not just bad customer service — it’s exploitation. Their actions were not only deceptive but also completely inconsiderate of the serious impact on my situation. This is not a dealership that values transparency, accountability, or customer trust. I strongly urge anyone considering doing business here to look elsewhere. This dealership does not care about people, only profit. If you value honesty, respect, or even basic communication, do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
