Extremely Disappointing Experience – Proceed with Caution!!!!!! I had a deeply frustrating experience with this dealership after purchasing a Ford Explorer from Justin. Just one month after the purchase, the water pump failed—an issue that had supposedly been addressed back in December, according to the Carfax report. While I didn’t expect warranty coverage, I did expect the dealership to take responsibility and handle the repair. Unfortunately, what followed was a month of poor communication, shifting excuses, and a complete lack of accountability. Despite being repeatedly reassured that the vehicle would be ready "soon," the repair was never completed. In fact, the car sat untouched on their lot for over a month. After waiting patiently for any progress, I had no choice but to have the vehicle towed to another shop to get the work done. Justin had possession of the car for longer than I did, yet no meaningful action was taken. I was constantly misled about the status of the repair, and it became evident that my time and concerns were not a priority to them. This dealership’s lack of professionalism and customer care is concerning. I deeply regret doing business here and strongly advise others to look elsewhere for both purchases and repairs.

Several weeks ago I purchased a 2015 Cadillac ATS from Trimax Auto Group. The car was extremely clean both inside and out which was very impressive. After a test drive I was even more impressed. There were a few minor details which Justin, the sales associate, and Trimax took care of immediately. So far I am very happy with the purchase and would highly recommend Trimax for those looking to purchase a good used car. David W.
