Crew Auto Sales

They don't care if they kill people by lying about a vehicle being mechanically sound. I bought a car listed as certified by TrueCar. I was assured it was certified and mechanically sound. It drove well, but I did ask why the seller was using the emergency brake on the lot. Was told it was habit, which foolishly believed. The next day I informed them something was wrong with the transmission. They ignored me. Five days later, my granddaughter gets into the unlocked car to wait for her mom to take her to school. Our cameras caught the car start going backward with no driver in it. Granddaughter starts screaming Momma! My daughter runs out to try to catch the car but is knocked down by the door and dragged across the street before being thrown under the car and run over. I haven't even paid the taxes yet. I sent the photos, told them my daughter was seriously hurt. They ghosted me and blocked me. My granddaughter called and spoke to a man who told her her grandmother drove the car and bought it. We don't care if you die in it.

This is not what you would think of as a real dealer. They are incredibly shady and absolutely cannot be trusted. My advice is to run as fast as you can. You couldn’t even pay me to do business with this so-called “dealer”. Steer clear!!!!! They will tell you one thing and then they don’t honor terms agreed upon.. Run as fast as you can or I guarantee you will regret ever having done any kind of business with them. Worst experience ever!!!!!!

The salesman Jesse was the most honest used car salesman we have ever met. He did everything he said he would do for us to make the purchase of our used car. These people at The Crew Auto Sales are the best.I would highly recommend these people to anyone.
