They didn't contact me about a truck that I saw on their advertisement about 4 days ago

Worst experience ever! Bought an extended warranty to cover my vehicle. Just mere days later it started acting up. Went to mechanic. Not covered because they said it was pre-existing! Went back to DAG. Said they would take care of it! Waited over a week and they are still arguing with the warranty company and I am still not driving my car 13 days later! Instead, it is sitting in the hot sun at the mechanics! Finally told them I am fixing it myself and contacting a lawyer so now I am out 4800.00! Thanks DAG! I won't recommend you to anyone!!!

I bought a gently used BMW i3 from Discovery Auto Group entirely online. Chris Haugen arranged to have the car shipped to California and then delivered to my office. From the office I took it for a leisurely test drive and it was exactly what I hoped. Chris' description was very accurate and factual. Very aggressive sales associates. The high pressure sales tactics raised red flags with me. I would rate 0 stars if possible. Go buy a vehicle somewhere else.
