Helped me for two weeks until i finally found the truck i wanted! Would buy here again!

Purchased 2012 ford f350. They were great to deal with, the transaction was very fair and overall a pleasant buying experience. I would purchase another vehicle from them.

Easy people to deal with. Talked with them over the phone for a week. Kept their word on trade-in price. Easy and quick paperwork. Would recommend them to anyone! Check them out you won't be disappointed!

Found truck online looked good in pics talked to salesman and told me everything I wanted to know. Put a deposit on to hold till I could get there. Everything was as I was told all is great.?

Just purchased a beautiful truck, for a great price! After a 2 hour drive, they were very helpful and didnt rush. Very satisfied, excellent to work with.

Buyer beware! Although I am mostly happy with the truck I got from them, there are several issues that were never disclosed. As well as the out right lie about the check engine light being on. As for the other issues? Their disclaimer clearly states that these trucks may or have flaws..... I'm ok with flaws, that's to be expected. But how about the giant hole that was covered up by a bed liner? A hole so large I can almost put my head through it... not to mention they didn't even clean the bed out before the slapped their quick fix in and called it good. Now on to the engine light... all four o2 censors are bad, both cats have to be replaced. Why you ask? Prolly because they painted over the mountain of dried mud surrounding them. Next is something so obvious I'm suprised they missed it. The constant squeal coming from the engine bay.. cause? Bad clutch fan.. oh! And how bout the random blinker that seems to have a mind of its own. now that I'm out the cost of the truck, as well as the cost of repairs, which I did most of my self. Never will I buy nor recommend buying a vehicle from these folks.

We started the process at 9a Saturday morning with a truck listed shortly before. When Ryan would take a call he had no information and promised to cb, which he didn't often do. Tim has no answers or information so he's no help either. We are 5.5 hours away so my husband was trying to negotiate the deal over the phone so we could just pick it up without spending hours at the dealership. We offered a trade but willing to pay cash. We were told they were "getting prices" for our vehicle, but that call never came either. My husband was open to negotiation back and forth but Ryan decided they wanted full price for the truck when it clearly was not a full price vehicle, which they acknowledged. At 6pm on Saturday, closing time, I again spoke with Ryan who told me we would talk on Monday and get it done...no one else was looking at the truck. Monday came but Ryan didn't come in until 11 so no one else was available to speak to since, again, Tim can't do anything. Throughout Monday Ryan sent all my calls to VM and would not return any. We were trying to make arrangements for payment and transport when I finally got a hold of Randy, the owner, who informed me the truck had been sold on Saturday...for less money than we offered!!! Be VERY careful who you deal with in the car sales world. This is the car dealership you've always heard about !!!!! RUN!

Called about buying a truck all the guys were very helpful and went out of there way for me. Drove over from Indiana the truck was everything they said and more they even charged the A/C system for me cause it was a little week. If your looking for a truck especially a diesel you gotta check them out before you buy somewhere else first.
