Best car buying experience in a dealership I've had. Josh was knowledgeable and courteous. Low pressure approach, and they didn't try to tack on crazy fees. The finance manager did present some options as add-ons, but I politely declined. And they were just that, shown as OPTIONS. I didn't have to negotiate anything off. The pricing was upfront and fair. Great experience all around.

The service was good, the people were very nice, and the environment really well kept, However, the "service charge" of $36.00 was a little out of line for what I was explained it was for. You follow up well. Dale Alexander, MA

Terrible experience. Was texting with a salesman and I was very up front that the asking price was too much for the vehicle and needed it to come down some to make sense. Gave him my needed price and said that if I came in he could get it done. I told him I would be with a newborn and and hour away and only wanted to come if we could get closer to my number and he assured me he could “That sounds fair, how about this. We aren't far apart at all. How about we still come out tomorrow bring Accord let them take a look at it. And we can adjust when we see everything. Besides us looking at your trade and you not seeing our vehicle and driving it. We are both just seeing which way we have to go. I'm pretty sure with how close we are we will get there though” after driving all the way there dropped the price $400 and said that’s the best he could do… over $1500 difference in where I said I wanted to be. They were never serious about actually negotiating and waste of a 3 hour trip. Was very upfront about the price I was looking for and that I lived far and would have a newborn with me and still didn’t care. Will never do business with them and you shouldn’t either unless you want to waste your time or get screwed over by them.
